Hello and Welcome!

Where to begin? That’s been my hang-up starting a blog for quite some time now – ok, YEARS at this point. So, here goes.

I am a self-proclaimed Francophile! You can read all about the reasons why in my About Me story. I absolutely adore all things French… the language, the food, the wine, the style, the country itself, the je ne sais quoi! All of it!!!

I have been a fan of a few bloggers lately that share their affinity for France as well. They sort of take me back to my many trips to the place where I left a piece of my heart on the other side of the Atlantic. They have lit a flame in me to go with my heart and share my thoughts, experiences and admiration in hopes that something I share may be just the spark you have been yearning for.

So, here I am today, giving it a go. I’m sincerely so glad you’re here.

One of my favorite things to do is photograph beauty when I’m traveling. There is limitless beauty all around us! Everywhere! Every day!

I admit I am biased, but there is an extraordinary abundance of beauty in France, especially. Sometimes we just need to absorb it in the moment, but gosh how I love to look back (again, and again, and again) at the moments I have captured behind the lens. It brings so much joy to re-live the wonderful times I’ve had on my journeys.

I will share my experiences and affinity for All Things French here on the blog; travel memories, tips, bits of the French language, culture, markets, home decor, style, recipes, etcetera.
