I have received so many compliments on my little French-style sac à main (handbag). It is a rather small straw bag, but boy oh boy is it cute! I wanted a smaller bag that I could use as an everyday purse. I am a huge fan of the French Market Totes (surprise, right?), but I was looking for one just a wee bit smaller.

I normally carry a purse on the smaller side rather than a larger one. I did a little searching and found the perfect one! The color is natural rattan and, for me, the size is perfect. Not too small, but big enough to carry my phone, sunglasses, some lipstick and a few other small essentials.

It is polyester/cotton-lined with a small pouch inside for keys, cards, etcetera. It also has a drawstring closure to ensure your goodies don’t fall out. The structure is flexible and isn’t rigid, which I really appreciate. It has a softer feel to it compared to other natural bags I’ve seen and won’t snag your clothes. I’ve found that some of the natural rattan bags can have some sharper edges and can snag clothes easily. That’s not an issue with this little cutie!
